Thoughts to Ponder
Here we are, 2026. Where did 2025 year go? And why do I always say that at this time of year! LOL. Did you make any resolutions? Do you make the same ones every year --- eating healthy, exercising more, etc. 2025 was a changing year for me. Maybe because I'll hit another milestone birthday soon. Or because family and friends are suddenly (or not so suddenly and I just don't want to acknowledge it) getting older, having more health issues, passing on. I'm no longer as "immortal" as I thought I was back when I was younger. And it's forcing me to look at life differently. And that's where faith steps in more than ever. Knowing that there's a place for me with my Father, because of a baby sent to earth by a loving God who wanted me to have a place in heaven with Him. So, yes, I'll work on those "usual" resolutions but I'm adding a new one....Thanking God every day for His Son, His love, and His grace.
“The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.”
